Sukhpreet is known around the clinic for two things: how hard she works and how kind she is. She moves between treatment rooms keeping everything running smoothly, yet always has time to help a patient onto the table, adjust a pillow, or talk through an exercise one more time. Her hands-on role — applying heat and cold, setting up electrotherapy, assisting with guided stretches — is carried out carefully and to the physiotherapist’s plan, and her caring manner makes even a difficult session feel manageable.
